We work with management teams who have a proven track record in house building.
In order for us to invest in your project, we will require evidence of your experience in the size and type of the proposed development.
If you have a clearly defined growth plan, with a desire to be active on more sites, but lack capital resources, we can help.
Project Profile
We view each project individually and tailor our loan package to accommodate your objectives.
We look to invest in projects for new build houses or apartments of two to twenty five units. We fund schemes worth between £1million to £5million GDV, and developments that generally last a maximum of eighteen months. Most UK locations are considered.
